recent photo of the town homes
The Hammond town homes are nearing completion, and should be totally finished by mid April. We’ve already sold the two units on the East side but there is still two available. We have one 3 bedroom and also a 2 bedroom unit, the square footage is approx. 1700 & 1500 respectively. All the units have views of the marina and also the Columbia River from the living room and the deck. The reverse floor plan makes this possible and means the guest bedroom(s) is downstairs and the master and kitchen/dining/living is upstairs. The interiors are getting the final trim installed, and flooring should happen shortly- I’ll post more photos at that time.
note: I have posted the floor plans for both units, but keep in mind the final product is slightly different.
