Gearhart Oregon is a quiet beach town on the North Oregon coast between Seaside and Astoria. West Gearhart includes historic Gin Ridge beach homes, Gearhart by the Sea condominiums, homes on Cottage and Marion Ave, McMenamins Gearhart Sandtrap restaurant and resort, the Reserve at Gearhart and classic Gearhart beach homes. There’s two public golf courses in Gearhart, the Gearhart Highlands golf course and Gearhart golf links. Recently the City of Gearhart annexed the Highlands and Pacific Palisades neighborhoods into Gearhart city limits, the most significant growth in some time. Gearhart has had it’s share of development and new construction in recent years but has remained the ultimate beach town destination on the Oregon Coast.
